PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A Salem man has been indicted in the death of his wife, whose remains were found in a shallow grave earlier this month.

KPTV-TV reports (https://goo.gl/MDx3AU ) 41-year-old Brian David Henry was indicted on manslaughter charges Thursday in the death of 21-year-old Anna Proietti.

A Yamhill County forest deputy discovered the remains of Proietti in the southeast part of Tillamook County Sept. 9.



Investigators with the Tillamook County Major Crimes team searched Henry’s home last week and seized a vehicle that once belonged to Henry and Proietti.

Marion County court records show Henry and Proietti were married in July 2015.

Henry is being held on $50,000 bail.
