KEENE, N.H. (AP) - Police in Keene, New Hampshire, say they monitored jail calls from a man to his grandmother that indicated she went to his home to recover drugs and distributed them to at least one person at his direction.

The grandmother, 60-year-old Regina Miner, was charged Wednesday with possessing, conspiring and distributing heroin. She was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 13.

Her grandson, 23-year-old Dylan Maliska, was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, criminal solicitation/possession of a controlled drug, and conspiracy/distribution of a controlled drug.

Maliska was taken into custody earlier this month on parole violations and was at the Cheshire County Jail.

Reached at home, Miner said she’s innocent and was getting a lawyer. It wasn’t known if Maliska had a lawyer.
