Week 2’s Monday Night Football event featured more protests to raise awareness of civil rights injustice and police brutality in America.
Philadelphia Eagles’ safety Malcolm Jenkins, defensive back Ron Brooks, defensive end Marcus Smith and defensive end Steven Means held up their fists during the National Anthem.
At the exact same time the Eagles were trying to bring awareness to an American issue, a man holding the flag on the field was using his phone during the anthem.
