MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) - A southern Oregon man faces at least five years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of receiving child pornography.

The Mail Tribune reports (https://is.gd/ljns53 ) 48-year-old John Ehly admitted to investigators he was part of a group that shared child pornography through an app. Court records show he messaged a photo of his son in a stroller as part of his effort to obtain images.

Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested last year after a Department of Homeland Security’s summons to the Kik Messenger app company and CenturyLink culminated in a warrant served at Ehly’s home in Medford.

Ehly pleaded guilty Wednesday at the federal courthouse in Medford. Sentencing is set for Jan. 26.
