BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Montana Highway Patrol has seized about 50 pounds of marijuana after pulling over a Washington state driver for speeding in Billings.
The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/2e61V4D ) that the man was traveling east on Interstate 90 on Tuesday when he was pulled over for going 76 mph in a 65 mph zone.
The K-9 trooper got a search warrant after his saw his dog’s reaction to the vehicle. During the search about 50 pounds of marijuana was discovered. There was also an amount of hash oil in the vehicle.
The driver was arrested.
