Mobile police identify woman killed while sitting in her car

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Mobile police are investigating the shooting death of a 24-year-old woman.

Police spokeswoman Charlette Solis says Delauna Anderson, of Mobile, was found shot multiple times Tuesday in the area of Broad Street and I-10 Service Road.

Solis tells al.com (https://bit.ly/2erKNU1) Anderson was inside her vehicle sitting at a stop sign.

She says Anderson was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died.

No motive for the shooting was released.
