MADISON, Wis. (AP) - House Speaker Paul Ryan says his congressional re-election campaign has more than $9.9 million cash on hand for the final weeks of the election.
Ryan reported Thursday that he had raised almost $3 million in the third quarter of the year. He faces longshot Democratic candidate Ryan Solen in the November election. Through July Solen had about $2,800 cash on hand.
Ryan says his campaign committee has given $750,000 to the state Wisconsin Republican Party to help with other races.
