TALOGA, Okla. (AP) - A western Oklahoma man has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of his estranged wife.

Court records show 25-year-old Lanne Baldwin of Bessie pleaded guilty Tuesday as part of a plea agreement and was sentenced to life in prison, but with all but 25 years of the sentence suspended.

Baldwin was arrested and charged in the Jan. 6 shooting death of Cassandra Baldwin at her home in Taloga.

Authorities say Lanne Baldwin was also shot and was treated at an Oklahoma City hospital for a wound to his face.
