The ending of the Denver Broncos-New Orleans Saints game was a little crazy.

After Saints quarterback Drew Brees appeared to mount a fourth-quarter comeback, tying the game with just over a minute left with a 32-yard Brandin Cooks touchdown, Saints kicker Will Lutz had an opportunity to give New Orleans the lead.

However, Lutz’s extra point attempt was blocked. The ball was then picked up by Will Parks, who returned the block all the way to the end zone for two points, giving the Broncos the lead.

However, if you look closely, it appears Parks went out of bounds on the return.

And while the camera was on the Broncos’ sideline, it appeared to capture reserve quarterback Austin Davis admitting to Justin Simmons, who blocked the kick, that Parks was out of bounds. In fact, it looks like Davis says something along the lines of “That was a terrible call, he was definitely out of bounds.”

Regardless of what Davis may think, his team still walked away with the wacky victory.
