WASHINGTON (AP) - Police in Washington have arrested a man in the fatal shooting of another man in 1995.
The department said in a news release that 48-year-old Rodney Baggott was arrested Wednesday at the D.C. Jail, where he was being held on an unrelated offense.
Police say Baggott charged with first-degree murder while armed in the death of 23-year-old DeAngelo Barr.
Investigators say Barr was found suffering from gunshot wounds on Nov. 20, 1995, in northeast Washington. Barr died at a hospital.
