The District’s iconic Howard Theatre will host the Stratosphere All-Stars Friday evening for a tribute to late English rock legend David Bowie, who died this month at age 69 after a battle with cancer.
The band will assay such classics from Bowie’s oeuvre as “Let’s Dance” and “Life on Mars” as part of their set. The show will begin at 8 p.m., and tickets are $20 by going to Ticketmaster.com.
