RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont teenager has pleaded not guilty to a manslaughter charge in the shooting death of another teen.

Police say 19-year-old William Bailey was ordered held on $50,000 bail on Monday.

He was arrested following the shooting that occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday in a Poultney driveway.

Police say the victim, 19-year-old Daniel Hein, was found dead in a parked car of an apparent gunshot wound from a semi-automatic handgun.

An investigation determined that four men, including Bailey and Hein, were in the parked vehicle when the shooting occurred.

The other two occupants of the vehicle left before police arrived. One was located and interviewed and police said Monday they had made contact with the fourth person sought.
