A Robert Kelley bull-rushing touchdown brought the Washington Redskins within four points of the Carolina Panthers on Monday night.

With an opportunity to get within a field goal, Dustin Hopkins missed an extra point attempt.

At the half, the Redskins trail the Panthers, 13-9.
