CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. (AP) - The owner of a small plane says it crashed into power lines in western Pennsylvania and injured the pilot.
Emergency workers say the plane landed upside-down Saturday and the pilot climbed out and was airlifted to a hospital with minor injuries. A hospital representative says he was released without being treated.
The plane’s owner, Arvin Daniels of Youngwood, was also aboard. He isn’t hurt.

Daniels tells the Pittsburgh Tribune Review (https://bit.ly/1wJ6fZs ) that the plane, a 1964 Cessna, failed to reach the proper speed during takeoff and crashed in a gully on the other side of the street leading to the small airport in Bullskin Township, north of Connellsville.
