DOVER, Del. (AP) - Police say a GPS monitoring unit helped identify a suspect in a robbery at a Dover bank.
Dover police announced Thursday that they’ve charged 23-year-old Lance Parker in the robbery at a PNC Bank branch early Saturday.
Police say Parker and an accomplice approached a woman, displayed a handgun and demanded the night deposit she was making for her employer. The woman complied and no one was hurt.

Police say detectives identified Parker as a suspect after a GPS monitoring unit issued by Probation and Parole placed him in the area at the time of the robbery.
Parker is charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree conspiracy and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was committed to Vaughn Correctional Center after failing to post $60,500 cash bail.
