GEORGETOWN, S.C. (AP) - Georgetown County deputies say they have found a 16-year-old girl who was apparently kidnapped from a school bus stop.

Investigators said Nyala Smith was arguing with a 19-year-old man at the stop around 6:30 a.m. Thursday when the man forced her to go with him.

Deputies say Smith was found Thursday afternoon and was safe with investigators. They did not release any details about where she was found or what might have happened to her after she left the bus stop.
