LOS ANGELES (AP) - Police have identified the mother of two toddlers who were found wandering filthy and alone in South Los Angeles.
City News Service says authorities are looking for 32-year-old Sidnicka Wilson.
The brothers, one about 18 months old and the other about 3 years old, were seen Monday morning near their apartment on east 85th Street. Police say it’s unclear whether they were abandoned or left in someone’s care.

Luis Rodriguez told KNBC-TV (https://bit.ly/1mTnjti ) that he’d stopped to fix his broken-down truck when he spotted the older boy pedaling a tricycle.
He found the other boy on a sidewalk.
Witness Markeisha Hall says the boys were filthy and she used paper towels to clean them up. A nearby store donated diapers.
The children are in county custody.
