Marietta police probe killing at apartment complex

MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) - Police in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta are investigating a deadly shooting at an apartment complex.

Marietta police said officers responded to a disturbance call early Thursday morning at the Marietta Apartments on Cunningham Road. WSB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1jPbHSt) that officers found a man with a gunshot wound.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Few other details were immediately available early Thursday.

Marietta is about 18 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta.
