RENO, Nev. (AP) - The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in Sun Valley north of Reno.
Washoe County Sheriff’s Office PIO Bob Harmon says deputies were called to the area of Sun Vista Court early Sunday morning.
Harmon says a man was shot in the buttocks and went to the hospital for surgery He says it apparently stemmed from a domestic dispute. He says the wound was not self-inflicted and other people appear to have been involved.

No arrests have been made but the investigation is continuing.
