JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Tip-off time has been set for the Arkansas State-Texas-El Paso game in the Women’s National Invitation Tournament.
The two teams will meet Friday starting at 8 p.m. at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso.
Arkansas State won the Sun Belt Conference women’s regular season title before losing in the conference tournament finals and is 22-11 overall.
U-TEP is 24-7 overall and was beaten in the finals of the Conference USA women’s post-season tournament.
