NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) - The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission has scheduled a training and certification session for youth fishing instructors.
The event will run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 5 at the Mid-Plains Center for Enterprise in North Platte.
Participants will receive training and tools to conduct fishing clinics. The volunteers will have access to Game and Parks’ loaner fishing equipment and educational materials for events, as well as receive program incentives.
