MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Zuriel Reyes scored 27 points as St. John-Hudson won consecutive state titles after beating Plainville 71-58 in the Kansas Class 2A boy’s championship on Saturday.

Reyes made six 3-pointers, a year after St. John-Hudson (26-0) won a state title in Class 1A-Division I.

Dean Wade added 19 points, eight rebound and four blocks for the Tigers.



Logan Frederking had 19 to lead Plainville (23-3) and Hadley Gillum added 14 points.
