TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Rjwan Diggs scored 20 points to help Tulsa Memorial defeat Oklahoma City McGuinness 59-52 in the Class 5A boys final Saturday.
Diggs made 6 of 12 shots, including 3 of 5 3-pointers. Demari Edwards had 12 points and five rebounds and Devante Kemp added six points and eight rebounds for Memorial.
Will Lienhard scored 19 points, had seven rebounds and five assists for McGuinness. Brian Canfield added 17 points and eight rebounds and Stephen Amalong had nine points.
Memorial trailed 37-34 at the end of the third quarter but outscored McGuinness 25-16 in the fourth quarter.
Memorial shot 32 percent in the first half, but improved to 63 percent in the second. Memorial made 12 of 15 free throws while McGuinness made just 9 of 18.
