Capitals will host Blackhawks in Winter Classic: report

After months of speculation, we’ve finally found out who the Capitals will host in the 2015 Winter Classic.

As reported by TSN’s Bob McKenzie, Washington will take on the Chicago Blackhawks in the league’s first East vs. West Winter Classic.

The Blackhawks are the first opponent from the Caps regular season schedule to be revealed.  The full Capitals 2014-15 schedule will be released Sunday.
