PHOENIX (AP) - A former Arizona Department of Corrections officer accused of having sex with an inmate in the back of a state prison van has pleaded not guilty.
A Maricopa County Superior Court spokesman says 26-year-old Anthony James Marotta entered his plea Tuesday.
Marotta faces two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with an inmate.
