MINOT, N.D. (AP) - The former mayor of the McHenry County town of Balfour has been sentenced to serve 25 years in prison for having sexual contact with girls.
KXMC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1mgLZZN ) that Dale Yost entered an Alford plea to gross sexual imposition. That means he does not admit guilt but acknowledges there is enough evidence to convict him.
Yost is in his mid-50s. Authorities say his victims ranged in age from 5 to 13.
