BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Basin Electric Power Cooperative says CEO and general manager Andy Serri has resigned.
The Bismarck-based company says it has named Paul Sukut as the interim CEO and general manager.
Sukut previously served as the company’s chief financial officer and executive vice president. He has been employed at Basin since 1983.
