ATLANTA (AP) - The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is planning a special ceremony for some of the nation’s newest citizens.

The agency says that 70 Atlanta-area residents will be sworn in as U.S. citizens on Feb. 17 at the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum in Atlanta.

The ceremony is being held Feb. 17 to celebrate President’s Day.
