HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) - The town of Elkton is asking a judge to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the estate of a woman who disappeared in 2003.

The estate of Rachel Good and Good’s father, Cary Good, filed the $5 million lawsuit in October 2012 after a judge declared Rachel Good dead. The defendants are the Elkton Police Department, former Police Chief Richard Pullen and former police officer Adam Williams.
