DENVER (AP) - Denver prosecutors have filed charges alleging a certified nurse aide sexually assaulted a 71-year-old resident of a skilled nursing facility.
The District Attorney’s Office said Monday that 39-year-old Richard Jama faces two counts of sexual assault on an at-risk adult.
No phone number could be found for Jama and it wasn’t known if he had a lawyer.
He has been released on $60,000 bond and is scheduled to return to court Thursday.
