Vice President Joseph R. Biden appeared Monday to have absent-mindedly stood in front of reporters revealing the cover of a codeword-classified document.

Mr. Biden had joined President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Oval Office for a talk about Iran and Syria, the White House said.
