A teenage father in the U.K. is outraged after he paid an eBay seller roughly $750 for a Day One Edition of the Xbox One, which was supposed to be a gift for his 2-year-old son on Christmas, only to receive in the mail a color photo of the coveted console.

A description of the item up for auction said it was a photograph, however it was listed in the consoles category and the seller had good feedback, Peter Clatworthy said, CNET reported. The rare Day One editions had been selling on the online auctioneer for upwards of $800 so the father thought he was getting a good deal.

That is until he received a package in mail with a poorly printed photo inside.

“Thank you for your purchase” said an attached message.

“It’s obvious now I’ve been conned out of my money,” Mr. Clatworthy told the Nottingham Post.

Ebay has sided with the buyer and ordered the seller to return the money by Monday.
