PHOENIX (AP) - Sporting Kansas City forward Teal Bunbury is being taken to a hospital after getting hurt in a preseason exhibition against Houston.
The preliminary diagnosis of Tuesday’s injury is a dislocated elbow, team spokesman Dave Borchardt said. Bunbury will undergo additional tests at the hospital.
The 20-year-old Bunbury made his U.S. national team debut in November. He was eligible to play for both the U.S. and Canada.
