Who really governs this nation? Is it the people themselves, as it was ordained to be, or is that gaggle of vested stuffed shirts, who once elected quickly lose sight of who sheds the blood, cries the tears pays the bills that keep our nation functioning?
If the latter, then I ask this: What need do we have for them? They have sough to undermine nearly two-and-a-half centuries of blood, sweat, progress, tears and toil.
Our principles have served us faithfully throughout our tenure as a country. Those who now seek to revamp and rewrite many of our edicts should take a hike. When a thing works — and our nation generally does — you do not allow any entity, foreign or domestic, to gum up the works, especially when that entity’s prime consideration is for themselves.
Stand fast and stay strong, America.
