OPINION:

The Iranian people and resistance have a history of almost half a century protesting, resisting, and sacrificing for freedom. We have seen in 1999, 2011, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and more than 1,500 people were killed during 2019 protests.

We should condemn these atrocities against Iranian people and MEK. But this is not enough.

We should push our governments to stand strong against the Iranian regime’s crimes.

We expelled the regime’s Ambassador in Albania and 3 diplomats, in December 2018, for involvement in terrorist plots against MEK. All agents of the Iranian regime’s intelligence and security agencies should be expelled from Albania and the rest of Europe.

Recently, Iran had so-called election. They elected Raisi as President who is accused of mass murder and crimes against humanity

As Chairman of Republican Party of Albania, I support NCRI as the alternative to the regime to bring about peace and freedom in Iran. The 10-point-plan of the NCRI President-elect, Madam Rajavi, elect, for a democratic, secular, and non-nuclear republic of Iran, is the way for free Iran.
