Republican Andy Biggs

Andy Biggs (b. November 7, 1958, in Tucson, AZ) is a Republican member of the U.S. House representing the 5th Congressional District of Arizona. Biggs is running for re-election to the U.S. House. In 2018, Biggs won reelection by defeating Democratic Joan Greene (Biggs - 59.4%; Greene - 40.6%). Biggs was first elected to the House in 2016. Biggs earned an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Arizona. Prior to public service, Biggs worked as an attorney in private practice. He then served in both houses of the Arizona legislature.
