Republican David Mckinley

David McKinley (b. March 28, 1947, in Wheeling, WV) is a Republican member of the U.S. House representing the 1st Congressional District of West Virginia. McKinley was first elected to this seat in 2010. He is seeking reelection to his current seat. In 2018, McKinley won election defeating Mark Callahan (R) and others (Schrader – 55.0%; Callahan – 41.8%; and others – 3.2%).  He earned a B.S.C.E from Purdue University. He previously served as a member of the West Virginia State House of Representatives and Senate. He is a civil engineer and business owner by profession.
