From bad to worse under Biden

"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." The Democrats have taken the Bard's words to new heights -- or more accurately, new lows. The Afghan withdrawal was a success. The border is secure (even as we witness a massive influx of illegals and goodness knows who else). No longer are there just women and men; simply pick anything in between at any particular moment. Crime is rampant, but the guise of reform is justification for letting violent offenders free to repeat over and over without fear of consequences.

It is under the direction of a network executive. Thank goodness there are cable channels not covering this hit job on former President Donald Trump.

What junk science has wrought

When you get your medical advice from Bill Gates, Big Bird and Anthony Fauci, be prepared to suffer the consequences. Unfortunately, about a third of the U.S. population swallowed every bit of propaganda coming out of the FDA/CDC/NIH crime syndicate and is suffering the consequences. Another third knew something was amiss, but they were coerced into going along. A final third actually sought out dissenting scientists' views, managed to escape and stayed healthy.

We need better presidents

If ever there were an award for willful blindness and cowardice in the face of great danger, it should go to President Biden for his efforts on the Iran nuclear deal. He is sitting on his hands while Iran moves forward in becoming a dangerous nuclear power. Let’s get honest about monkeypox

I find it amusing that the "woke" medical community and the gay community are both dancing around the subject of how the majority of monkeypox is transmitted ("LGBT activists demand resources for monkeypox, don't want officials to stigmatize gay communities," Web, July 22). It is transmitted mainly through anal sex. That is why over 95% of the cases of monkeypox are among gay men.

Man-made climate change hardly fact

It is ironic that, on the 53rd anniversary of the first moon landing, President Biden would tell the nation that man-made climate change "is literally -- not figuratively -- a clear and present danger" ("Biden unveils executive action on climate change but stops far short of declaring national emergency," Web, July 20). Included in the long list of well-qualified people skeptical of what Mr. Biden calls an "emergency" are Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin and at least five other Apollo astronauts.

Public harassment of officials is left’s way

Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh is being harassed with the aim of getting him to resign from the Supreme Court so that President Biden can appoint another radical ("Protesters' run-in with Kavanaugh at Morton's steakhouse gets big thumbs up from White House," Web, July 9). These so-called protesters have upped the ante by hounding Justice Kavanaugh when he was out to dinner. Justice Kavanaugh had to leave via an alternate exit.
