BRIDGEVILLE, Del. (AP) - A New York man is facing charges after police say he hit a car, then fought with the car’s driver on a median in Delaware.
Delaware State Police said in a statement Monday that 39-year-old Jason Reed of Syracuse, New York, got irritated with a driver going the speed limit in the left lane. As Reed passed the car, police say he made an abrupt lane change and hit it. The car traveled onto the center median and stopped.
Reed is charged with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangering, malicious mischief by motor vehicle and other offenses.
